With the personal training we offer, we will take you through extensive training once, twice, up to five times a week if it suits your schedule. Fitness programs for individuals who want to gain muscle mass, loose body weight, get toned, or get lean. We meet everyones needs
Posture Analysis
We will do a few light exercises to see what muscles are weak, and which muscles are stronger so we can work on getting a more balanced body
Stretching
Properly stretch muscles to their fullest potential to get the most of the workouts and for the best recovery from exercising
